I am from Dallas, TX and I went on a trip to Florida for a concert. On the way back I was stopped by a trooper for speeding (i know its my fault i had very little sleep…24hr drive!). The officer asked me for my license, registration and insurance. I had everything except for my license so he arrested me and took me to jail.
I got a ticket for speeding, which I paid as soon as I got home. But my other ticket says I have to go to court for not having a license. What are my options?

I was driving my friends car while he rested in the passenger seat. (he had the insurance and registration)
It was in Florida county Osceola.
My bond was 1000 for being out of state.
I chose for a state attorney to be assigned.
My court date hasn't been set yet.

Oh and how can I get my bond money back?

Alright, I really didn't want to have to resort to this, but my husband works construction and has been off 2-3 days weekly for the last couple of months due to weather, and I really think if I were eligible it would supplement his income greatly.

Since I am without any type of insurance, I haven't been to the doctor about these things recently. I really didn't want to accrue a lot of medical debts because we will be trying to purchase a house within the next 2 years. Anyway, I will list what my symptoms are and I would like you guys to let me know if you think I would qualify for disability.

Carpal Tunnel Syndrome: I've never been officially diagnosed with CTS, but I've only been to the doctor for it once a few years ago (so that could be why). The time I went I was given a cortisone shot in the wrist. In my right wrist, I often feel pain. I wake up at night with most of my right hand completely numb and the finger next to my pinkie is so numb it's painful. Sometimes it wakes me up 3 or 4 times a night and it usually takes me 10 minutes or more to get my hand to lose enough numbness that I can go back to sleep. When it's really bad, I have a hard time lifting things the next day.

Chronic Back Pain: I've had this since I was in high school. If I'm on my feet for more than a couple of hours my back gets really painful. If I bend at the waist and let my upper body hang, I can feel and hear my spine stretching a popping. When I was in high school, my mom would take me to a chiropractor and that seemed to help, but after I turned 18 and was without insurance I stopped going. On my first visit to the chiropractor, he took some x-rays of my spine. I'm no medical expert, but I'm pretty sure your spine should not look like a question mark from the side. Also, I don't know if this is at all related to my spine, but my legs and feet go numb a lot when I'm sitting (when I say a lot, I mean once a day or more).

Post Traumatic Stress Disorder: In August of 2006 I had a car accident at an intersection. It totaled my car and made me terrified of certain driving situations. I was unable to drive for a very long time, and even now that I've started driving again, I refrain from going into the cities where there are lot of intersections and stoplights. My husband drives when we go to those places, and if we have to make a left turn, I just look down into my lap, with my hand above my brow to avoid seeing the traffic around me. It's not just intersections though. My husband went to pass someone in a legal passing zone and I ended up having a panic attack. I hyperventilated and began crying. I know it seems extreme, but I can't control it. It just happened. Again, I have not been to the doctor for this.

Sometimes I have bouts of depression, but it's not a constant thing. I have been treated for it in the past.

I would really like to be treated for these things, but without insurance I feel like I will be stacking up a lot of debt that I don't have to if I just suffer from them. If I did qualify for disability, I would be able to get treatment for these things, which I would appreciate immensely.

I would also like to know if my choosing to not go to the doctor every time I have a problem with these things will affect my eligibility. I mean, even when I had insurance while I was pregnant, I still didn't run to the doctor for every little pain. Please, if anyone with experience in this area can tell me what you think, I would be very grateful.

I have a two month old ASUS G72 Gaming Laptop. It has windows 7 64 bit with 6gigz of ram a 1g gforce gtx video card its a intel core2 duo 2.5g. My problem is the damn thing keeps going into sleep mode while i am on it…. it doesn't do this while i am playing my mmo's tho my power settings are all set to not go to sleep hybernate standby or anything….. this is really frustrating… can any one help?

My Father and I clean the computer each year and reapply the thermal paste and upgrade the ram. The same kind each year and today when we finished we started it up and no screen just a blank black screen. On the dell monitor it goes green is video will pop up or orange aka sleep mode means nothing is going to happen. Well it immediately goes to orange. Help please!

BEFORE I SAY ANYTHING ELSE, YOU MUST KNOW THAT WE USED A CONDOM AND IT BROKE, SO I TOOK PLAN B THE NEXT DAY…AND I STILL BECAME PREGNANT. I DO NOT SLEEP AROUND.

I need to vent. I really need some advice or POSITIVE opinions about my sticky situation. I'm 23 years old. Have a good job and go to school. I moved back home in November to be with my mom since my she and my dad decided to split up. This was a total shock to me, and my sister and I took it pretty hard.

I was dating Chris for 2 years when this all happened. He held me for hours while I broke down, many times. He was The One for me. I love him more than anything. The problem began when I seriously became a different person. I felt numb and didnt know how to handle it. I broke up with him because I couldnt remember the good times.

I started partying a lot. December is a blurr to me. I would go out every single night to drink, and dance. I had trouble sleeping and stayed up until 5am, even if I was just watching tv. I stopped going to school, wasnt eating, and became depressed. I would see Chris out sometimes, but would just walk the other way. I have no idea why.

Aaron came home from Afghanistan around this time. He was my high school sweetheart. I met him when he was 13 and I was 14 and we were on and off for years. He's changed a lot though. He smokes, and drinks, and is really irresponsible. But of course, I still loved him, in a different kind of way.

I'm now almost 4 months PREGNANT with Aaron's child.

Chris took this pretty hard. His family did, my family did. It's been a huge mess. Aaron hasnt really been involved, because he went back to Afghanistan and will be home for good next month. However, I live in Indiana…and he's stationed in North Carolina until November 2011. He keeps telling me that he's young and just wants to have fun still. He doesnt want a relationship. But he does want to be "the best dad he can be."

Chris and I are seeing each other, sort of. We talk every single day, go out, do things…just like a normal couple. He understands the situation and has been my main support. He noticed my baby bump yesterday for the first time. I felt kinda embarrassed, but he pulled me close, told me I was beautiful, and kissed me.

Aaron has been a jackass. (Currently we are getting along ok…but he's made these last few months Hell.) He wanted me to get an abortion…then was pushing adoption..and now who knows what. He is emotionally unstable, since he's bipolar and not on medication..so he freaks out over everything.

I'm having a hard time deciding what to do. Maybe adoption is the best thing to do..? But I've always wanted children, and I KNOW I'd be a great mother. I believe in the old fashioned way of parenting, and I'm DONE partying. My heart wants to raise my first born child.

I'm in therapy, and back in school. I just have no idea what's going to happen when Aaron gets home and how our future will be. OR even what the future holds with Chris and I.

My baby is due September 7th, a day before Aaron and I met 9 years ago. His family is supportive. My family is too…but I still feel embarrassed by this whole thing. It's not the life I wanted. Chris and I were supposed to get married and have children.

An older, tired-looking dog wandered into my yard.
I could tell from her collar and well-fed belly that she had a home and was well taken care of.
She calmly came over to me, I gave her a few pats on her head; she then followed me into my house, slowly walked down the hall, curled up in the corner and fell asleep.

An hour later, she went to the door, and I let her out.

The next day she was back, greeted me in my yard, walked inside and resumed her spot in the hall and again slept for about an hour.
This continued off and on for several weeks.

Curious I pinned a note to her collar:
'I would like to find out who the owner of this wonderful sweet dog is and ask if you are aware that almost every afternoon your dog comes to my house for a nap.'

The next day she arrived for her nap, with a different note pinned to her collar:
'She lives in a home with 6 children, 2 under the age of 3 – she's trying to catch up on her sleep.

The problem is summarized as my husband is raised by his family which believe in hitting punishment his father used to punish him severely. And he uses now the same method on punishment our kids. I 'm not opposite hitting children as punishment but what he do is a thrilling. Also my parents spanked my bt not like what he do.when I was with my family there were some rules in spanking . firstly mom was spank us every one in his own room. Completely dressed. Spank not hurting as to know your fault. And there was an age when you get12 mom wasn't spank us as we was old enough.. but he don't know any thing of this.
