What is it that this administration doesn't get? They are back on this health care bill again. Most of us had insurance when we had jobs and didn't care. They promised groups and special interest stuff that we still don't know and did it secretly behind closed doors and he still is obsessed with pushing this through. No one is going to believe this is nonpartisan when he is still protecting lawyers and their ability to become millionaires overnight with one lawsuit.

Why isn't he fighting to get us jobs? Why not be fighting to pull out of Iraq? Why not fighting to close Gitmo down? Why not fighting to stop Iran from getting nukes? Why not fighting to get our money paid back by the banks and auto industry?

I can only guess this is one area he gets to be like a campaigner. That seems the limit to his experience. If he wants to be a community organizer for the poor, he will eventually have us all there if he doesn't get off his butt and start focusing on jobs.

I think this guy is a one trick pony… and the trick wasn't health care, it was getting elected. We saw all that he had, I'm afraid.

Once again, WHY… uh WHY is this such a pressing need?

My son, who just turned 18, has a pretty extensive traffic record. Firstly he has also been in 2 wrecks before, gotten arrested for possession of marijuana, and just today got a speeding ticket for going 63 in a 45(163 dollar ticket). currently the insurance for him is 190 a month which is five times higher than anybody in the family. So what should i expect the insurance to be now, and what are my options because this is a lot of money. Also i live in kansas.

I have two questions regarding the credit report I received:

1) DFS (Dell Financial Services) has me listed as a charge off. This is correct, stuff did come up and the account was charged off. HOWEVER, this was in 2002. It is now 2010. There is a note on the credit report that says Estimated date that this item will be removed is 4/2009….can I dispute the fact that this is still here since under the fair credit reporting act they cant have this impact my credit for more than 7 years?

2) The other negative thing on my credit report is a 30 days past due from a closed auto loan account. This car was totaled in a car accident and on my end all the necessary paperwork was filed so that gap insurance/auto insurance would pay the difference of the remaining loan off. It took them a while to get the bank the money, but I was told by the insurance I was no longer responsible for the loan…but it's coming up there. The bank hassled me about making payments and I told them that the car was totaled and that insurance was to be taking care of this. Can I dispute this?

My insurance will cancel if I don't pay it today. I don't have the money, and I need my vehicle for work. What options do I have? I am self employed, and I need my vehicle to do the jobs when they come in.

I was in a car wreck 2 years ago, I thought the claim was settled between my insurance company and the other people's insurance company. Now, 2 years later I get a letter saying I owe the other insurance company $82,000!!! I talked to my agent and they said it's because I didn't have bodily injuries in my coverage and 2 people from the car i hit were hurt. $82,000 is A LOT of money!! And my insurance company told me that all I can do at this point since I cant afford to pay that money is wait till their insurance company takes me to court and that I should get a lawyer, while they try to work something out with the other insurance company.

So these are my questions:

1.) What do I do if I can't afford to pay that money?
2.) If they take me to court will the judge work out some kind of payment plan? and if so, based on what?
3.) Will my license get revoked until I pay off the money?
4.) If I cant afford to pay it will it affect my credit score?

I have had for the last 3 months ACH Card Services take money from my account. Each time I have disputed this with my bank, and got my money back, but the company has since just been changing the amount of the withdraw and my bank cant stop them because there is NO company listed, phone number or addresss….they have told me that is it a 'phantom company'. So as long as they request a different amount each time they cant stop it, but I can dispute it and get my money back….which takes weeks. They started with $38.50 the first month, then 38.52 the next and this month 38.56! WTF……So I am in the process of closing my account but with all my bills that are due to come out (which this charge is NOT one of them, and NO I didnt just forget about it) its taking a little while. It will be 100% closed by the 15th of Feb, but has anyone had this problem and found out where it has came from? It the bank cant find out who it is and get their money back and I can't either I will be charged the amounts by the bank….PLEASE!!! Any ideas…..I dont have credit cards set up as auto bill just my mortgage, insurance and phone…thats it…and they are no where near that amount.

I have a 2 year old grandaughter my first grandaughter .. Ever since I met the girlfriend 3 years ago she has always said I didnt like her . I have told her many times I do like her . She had my grandaughter 2 years ago and when she was pregnant I was told I couldnt buy the baby's first anything .. The crib was a mother daughter thing and everything else was her and my son .. I said ok and understood that .. Well she has a baby shower and I bought clothes and toys and gave her a card with money to go shopping with me . We went shopping .. she bought what she wanted. Well Now after 2 years she told me that Bought nothing for the grandaughter .. I explained I was trying to do what she told me to do and not step on her toes to buy anything of the first.. She said I was a horrible grandmother and do nothing for them. She is 18 now and my son is 19 they live with her grandmother . I have bought 1000's of dollars of things for this grandaughter since she was born . MOm says I dont do anything for them .. I have helped buy them a truck and paid for my sons auto insurance every month now for 2 years. to help out in December alone and not for christmas present I bought him 600 dollars worth of tires for the truck . On Thanks giving day the girlfriend had to work and I asked my son if he could come over with the baby I had not been aloud to see the baby for a month and the girlfriend said no .. That he needed to stay home and help her grandmother with thanksgiving dinner .. I have to tell you buy the way I have never been able to keep my grandchild with out her mom there or see her the girlfriend said that i have to come over to their house to see her and play with her in her room .. There are 10 people who live in that house some of which are not the type of people I would want to be around . Any way I got mad about the thanksgiving thing and finally after 2 years told the girlfriend she was not welcome in my home anymore.. I am fed up with buying the girlfriend things explaining to her i loved her and feeling like I have to buy them things just to see the grandchild . Well christmas came and many phone calls from the girlfriend cussing me out and my son calls to see if the girlfriend can come over for christmas ..I was appalled .. but despite our difference I told my son I had not bought anything for the girfriend and It will probably hurt her if she came .. I had bought for my granddaughter though ,, He told me she is fine with that just wanted the baby to see her grandmother on christmas I have to other sons and their girlfriends and babies were there tooo they got a lot of gifts and the girlfriend went home crying because i Had not bought her anything.. I did give her a gift that i had bought extra in case someone did show up announced like a friend or something.. I gave it to her .. was not good enough she was upset because she saw what the other girls got .. anyway we had a conversation yesterday and the girlfriend told me it was my responsibility as a grandmother to buy things for them and the baby and i shouldnt be whinning about paying for the insurance for my son and buying the tires because he is my son . That I should be greatful to do these things because I make good money .. She thought she was better than a bath and body works gift basket.. She said you cant expect to treat me this way and see your grandaughter… I am soooooooooo confused.. She thinks I have to buy things for them .. I explained to her I am not responsible to buy things the things I buy are out of love.. She said no you are the grandmother u are sopposed to do these things .. I am appalled and dont know what to do

I made a down payment on auto insurance and didn't keep it for 2 weeks. I called American Family Insurance to canceled and they told me that I would get my premium back, but now they say that I owe them money instead and they are not refunding back my money? What the heck do I do? Is this possible? or are people just scammers?

The dealer saying the Price is 138,000/- and insurance will be Rs. 15000/- + road tax and other documents. Total cost will be Rs. 170,000/-

Can you please confirm me the actual price will be. If I will purchase the same (Mahindra Alfa) from Cuttack & K.Para, how much amount will be pay by me.

In this case, I think the dealer has charging me more money, then the actual on road price. so please let me know how much the minimum amount of the same auto.
