I have very bad credit from a few years back up to now mostly because of hospital bills and no health insurance and a poor job at the time so I messes my credit up. My car just died and I just got a new job and need a new car. I have very bad credit. Anyone know where I can get a auto loan with no money down with bad credit?

My husband was in an accident in September 2008. A million phone calls later in early 2009 our health insurance (secondary to the auto insurance) had overpaid the ambulance company. In February 2010 our health insurance apparently has taken the money from them because they haven't received information on them being the secondary insurer and the ambulance company has billed us for the entire amount which is almost 900 dollars. Is this even legal?? The payment is due immediately and I'm sure they will take us to collections soon. Please help!

I had an accident with a tractor trailer 2 weeks ago and just contacted with his insurance company, he hit me but is was documented in the police report that both were at fault. i have liability on the car, and was rushed to the hospital! do you think his insurance will pay for my 2001 saturn car? help? should I threaten his insurance company that I will sue him to get the money for the car and towing costs?

My father was involved in a vehicle accident. I have heard rumors about the major companies carrying accidental death benefits, but from what I have been reading most are only covered under paid travel, meaning the means of travel was paid for with that credit card (plane ticket). I would like to know what other areas I can search to possible help with the financial debt. I have checked into his work, auto insurance and will be calling the bank tomorrow as well as his credit card companies as soon as I am appointed executor. Anywhere else I can check? I serioiusly doubt places will call me to advise me there is money waiting. What about websites that I can check to see if he is owed money?

Why do women get lower auto insurance rates I am a 23y/o male and pay the same rate as a 20 y/o female and I have a clean record. I found that it is roughly 15-20% for the opposite , and even women with violations can still manage to have a lower rate than men who have clean records. Is there any real reason behind this or just another way Auto insurance companies like to take our money.

hi, i was in an accident on a freeway with a drunk driver. he pulled out onto the freeway and i had nowhere to go but hit him at 55mph. i was taken to the hospital with 20 stitches in my knee, a tear to my patellar tendon and a large hemotoma on my neck to name the most serious injuries. i incurred over 10k in medical bills and the knee requires surgery that i don't want to have. the insurance company is starting to offer me money and they offered me 10,000 after all bills are paid. i really don't know how this works but i am curious what a normal monetary value is for this type of accident. my injuries could have been worse but psycologically i am now a driver that is nervous everytime a car is near me. hopefully that goes away but i would like to settle but don't want to get ripped off. i personally don't think money helps at all, rules need to be changed to stop the madness of drunk drivers but i would like to get something for my pain and suffering. anyone's thoughts with previous experience in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I have been with this auto insurance since 3 years . Now i have shifted to another company. So won't my previous company pay back the money that i have been paying till now? I never hit any car or was not hit by anyone.

I was in an auto accident in September of 09. I was ruled the cause of the accident and didn't have insurance. My car was totalled but the car I hit had very little damage to the front bumper. I contacted their insurance company (all state) where I was told they wouldn't be offering me money, which is understandable. I never heard back from them with a phone call or a letter. A couple months later I get a phone call and started getting letters from CCS a collection agency stating that I owe 1500 dollars to them on behalf of their client all state. I was a little weary so talked to my family who told me to wait until I get something more legit. I am now getting letters and calls that I owe 5000 dollars. How is this possible and where do I go for help? There is no way I owe 5000 dollars for bumper damage. And why wan't I told by the insurance company? the collectio agency is now threatening legal action. People tell me its a scam but how do I know?

I have an auto loan on my car. The car is not worth the amount of the loan and I don't have the money to pay the difference if I sell it. I'm planning on defering a payment this month, but after paying auto insurance and rent, I won't be able to make the payment next month.

I have a loan with Wells Fargo. Does anyone know what the next step is? What do I have to do to turn the car over to the bank?

I understand that this will ruin my credit, but right now, I'm just trying to keep a roof over my head. I don't use the car; I take the bus. Also, the car doesn't even run right now, so I can't use it if I wanted to. Please don't lecture me about ruining my credit. I'm prepared for that.
