Tina just saw Justin in person for the first time in awhile He gave her his number, and said he had to go. Tina is now in her house.

Tinas -Point of view-:

I closed the door behind me as I re-entered the house. I had slipped the paper Justin gave me into my pocket; Id look at it later. I looked out my window and watched Justin walk away from my house. Im surprised he isnt being attacked by screaming fan girls. I thought, and giggled to myself. A hand touched my shoulder, I jumped in surprise.

I turned around, it was my mom.

After I was done speaking to my mom, I headed back to my bedroom. I went over to my desk and grabbed my laptop, and brought it over to my bed. I got onto the bed, and turned the laptop on. I was still nervous about looking at the piece of paper Justin handed me. I was never too good at communicating with guys I liked, and like I said awhile ago, Im surprised I was able to handle myself so well with Justin actually breathing the same air as I was. I sighed, and pulled the neatly folded piece of paper out of my pocket. I unfolded it, and read what Justin had written:

Brian Prahl/Splash News> Claiming she doesn’t spent enough quality time with their eight children, Jon Gosselin is planning to sue ex-wife Kate Gosselin for primary physical custody.

Pointing to her current stint on ABC’s Dancing With the Stars, Jon’s lawyer tells PEOPLE that Kate is “an absentee parent,” that Jon may seek primary custody, and that he might also seek to reverse the child-support arrangement, under which Jon now pays Kate some $21,000 a month.

“He wants equal say with custody, equal time, but if the circumstances remain as they are, with Kate being rarely home, Jon wants primary custody of the children,” says lawyer Anthony List Sr., a former assistant U.S. attorney. “He is much better able to spend time with the children.”

List plans to file three separation actions in the next day or two.

“Kate Gosselin can’t have it both ways unless there is some balance, unless there are some opportunities for these eight children to be in her physical presence,” adds List. “Jon wants to spend time with these kids, and she is throwing up road blocks. And the eight children are the innocent victims. This tears Jon up.”

Kate’s Response

In turn, Kate’s lawyer Mark Momjian tells PEOPLE he has not received a formal filing yet but that “our client is a devoted mother who loves her children very much.”

The latest legal wrangling from Jon, 33, comes as Kate, 35, is about to start a publicity campaign for her new book, I Just Want You To Know: Letters to My Kids on Love, Faith and Family, which is set to be released on April 13.

“It’s almost as if he deliberately timed this to sabotage her efforts to promote the book,” says one source close to the book’s publisher. “Now she’s once again going to defend herself as a mom when she should be able to just talk about this project that she worked so hard on.”

Jon’s legal plans were first reported by TMZ.

The actress, who has nearly 2-year-old daughter Honor Marie with husband Cash Warren, spoke about wanting a bigger family on Sunday night’s Extreme Makeover: Home Edition, in which she helps rebuild a home for a Texas foster family of 15.

“If you have the love, and the capacity to love children, you should just adopt. And I plan on doing it, ” says Alba, 28, who most recently appeared in Valentine’s Day.

She adds: “My mom grew up around a huge family, and they always wanted more kids, and I was like, ‘Why don’t you just adopt?’ ”

When Miley Cyrus first became a huge tween star, her mom, Tish, made her promise one thing: To live at home until she’s at least 20.

“I got out of that!” Cyrus, 17, recently told PEOPLE with a laugh. “I’m actually buying a place. I haven’t moved in yet. I’m still reconstructing and stuff.”

Her mother’s reaction? “She’s stoked,” says Cyrus, who adds that her new home is “really, really close” to her family’s current Toluca Lake, Calif., residence.

“My house is going to be gorgeous because my mom is an interior designer,” says Cyrus, whose new film The Last Song is in theatres now. “It’s like if your mom’s a clothes designer you’re always going to look great. My mom’s an interior designer so my house is going to be perfect all the time.”

The star decided to create “a really zen” space for her first home. “We did all these different things to make it a place that’s so chill,” she says. “Like all my couches are on the floor and I have pillows on the floor. It’s just serene – like my own kind of therapy.”

“My religion is love,” adds Cyrus, “so my door is always open for anyone who wants to come in. It’s a just a loving place.”

She’s been described as “sexual napalm” by ex-boyfriend John Mayer. Her relationship with Tony Romo broke up the night before her 29th birthday. And her marriage to Nick Lachey played out before millions on national TV.

All that experience has given Jessica Simpson some strong advice for women looking for love: Don’t look to a man to build your own confidence.

“I think you really have to know who you are before you can truly fall in love and give your all, and I don’t think a man can define you,” Simpson told FOXNEWS.com. “You have to own that.”

Simpson, who hosts VH1 reality show The Price of Beauty, also said: “So, if you’re ever with anyone who says you should change something about yourself, then they should never fall in love with you in the first place.”

Not that Simpson still isn’t hopeful about finding the right guy. “[In] 10 years I would love to be a mom, I would love just to be in love and be a mom,” she said. “It sounds simple, but it’s a lot harder [than you think]. I’m pretty picky.”

Before her rise to fame as a Playboy model and reality star, before her marriage to Hank Baskett and the birth of their 3-month-old son, Hank Randall IV, Kendra Wilkinson had some very dark days.

The young mother and star of her own reality show, Kendra, reveals her previous struggles with self-cutting, saying at one point she was “suicidal,” during an emotional E! True Hollywood Story, that airs Wednesday.

“I had so much pain that I just wanted to die,” Wilkinson, 24, says. “It wasn’t that I was trying to die [from cutting myself], it was that the pain took away from my pain inside.”

The episode also shows footage from Wilkinson’s family members, including her mother and grandmother.

“I did get a call from school one day that Kendra had admitted to taking a half-dozen or so medications, and they said, ‘You need to get her to a hospital immediately,’” her mother Patti says. “I was scared to death.”

Wilkinson says she was aware of the pain she caused her family during what she calls her “devil years” – which by age 15 also included abusing drugs – but admitted she was “very selfish.” “I was doing it for attention, I needed that attention,” she says.

Repairing the damaged relationships with her family wasn’t easy, though. “My mom did not take me back with open arms,” Wilkinson says. “I basically had to get on my knees and beg. I looked in her eyes [and said] ‘I swear on my life, I am done.’”

Danica McKellar and her husband of one year, Mike Verta, are expecting their first child this fall.

“I’m nearing the end of my first trimester and I’m so excited – I’ve been bursting to tell people,” says McKellar, 35, who played Winnie on The Wonder Years, tells PEOPLE exclusively.

However, she originally put off confirming her suspicions. “I was in the middle of a really intense deadline for my book,” explains McKellar, whose third tome, Hot X: Algebra Exposed, comes out in August.

“I wanted to put off the [pregnancy] test because I didn’t want any distractions. That only lasted a day – I couldn’t stop thinking about it and I caved! You can’t try to put that off.”

Initially, even McKellar herself couldn’t believe the news. “When you do take the home pregnancy test, it doesn’t quite seem real,” notes the mathematician and mom-to-be. “But when you see the baby and the heartbeat on the ultrasound, it’s so incredible.”

“Me and Mike looked at each other and we could not stop the tears,” she says. “We are so happy.”
