Weight loss by running?

how much weight could i lose by just running? and how often?? I dont really want to be concerned about calories; i just want to listen to my stomach and learn to eat when i'm hungry.
and right now i dont exercise like at all. i used to be really athletic, but gained like 20 lbs in the past 2 yrs so now i want to get back to 120lbs. any tips??

How much weight can I expect to lose in 2 months if I do the P90x program?? I'm a female, 5'2". Is 30 pounds a realistic goal for that period of time?? I want to at least LOOK 30 pounds lighter.

Will running making me lose weight only from my legs and not my abdomen?

So, if i run and follow a weight-loss plan, then will my weight loss come off my legs only and not my abdomen? or I will still lose weight according to genetic body composition???

My girl friend wants me to set her up a workout plan and diet to lose her stomach and love handles.
I looked around online but couldn't find any tips on running or biking only supplements.
Any help would be much appreciated.
She has a gym pass so no need for home workouts.

Weight loss. please someone help me?

I'm 18 years old & 200 pounds. I want to lose weight before summer time. I did go to a gym to work out but moved so i cant go there anymore. I need help , someone please give me some tips. I hate my body & want to do something about it. How should i work out at home & for how long? what should I eat & drink? what time should i not eat after? I dont got long before summer time & i want to start now. Please someone help me.

Okay I'm 5'4", 135 lbs. and 17 years old. I'm active normally and eat a somewhat unhealthy diet, but in moderation. I recently started exercising almost every day, cardio and lifting. How long until i see my body start to change? I'm not really overweight, but i'm not very skinny either

im about 5'9 and weigh around 145.
im not 'fat' but i do have slight love handles. they dont hang over or anything, but they ARE there.
and i wouldnt mind my tummy being flatter.
i know you cant target weight loss, but is there any way i could lose these by spring break ? which is around late next month .

Another weight loss question… uhhhh?

Ok I have been dieting and exercising for over a month at college. I eat well and exercise an hour each day and my exercise is intense. I am at college as I said so I cant weigh myself. I just saw my parents for the first time in a month and they say I have lost a lot of weight! I was like sweet! I havent weighed myself in over a month so we decided to buy a scale so I could watch my weight progress. Well guess what? We bought a scale and I stepped on it this morning and the number in the exact same it was a month ago! WTF?! uhhhh i have lost weight my clothes fit better my parents said i look thinner. But why wont the number on the scale go down? Is something wrong? I put the scale on a flat surface, I weigh myself before i eat and after i pee and all. So whats wrong?
