i want to start talking vitamins but i don't know what kind to take…what kind should a 23 yr old female take…is there any to help cause im trying to loss weight someone told me to take CLA…i also don't get much calcium daily.

I am wondering: did anyone else on R-CHOP Chemotherapy lose or gain weight during treatment? I am not on Prednisone or any steroids. I am simply taking Lansoprazole to reduce stomach acid, which doesn't cause weight gain.

I've read some absolute horror stories about people gaining 35lbs in 8 months on R-CHOP.

Don't get me wrong: I am not going to refuse treatment regardless of whether I gain weight, but almost every story I have read people have talked about massive weight gain – this concerns me, as my nurse told me to eat 3,000 calories a day!

I am quite chubby as it is so the last thing I want is to be overeating and gaining weight from the treatment.

I go to the gym at the local AF base 6 days a week but i need a routine to follow that involves cardio and weight machines. I am just getting back into exercise and am greatly out of shape so i need to start out pretty easy but work into something. i do incline treadmil for about an hr and weight machines for arms and legs for 3 sets of 15. is there anyone who can direct me to a full routine or have one they can share? thanks

I had a gastric bypass and was wondering if any other mom's or mom's to be have had weight loss surgery? If so was your pregnancy a normal one? How much weight did you gain? Any other unusual things happen during your pregnancy? My pregnancy is going along normally thus far barring a few unrelated complications, but I was just curious. Thanks in advance

i messed up my back awhile ago and im having trouble doing anything like crunches and other things involving my back. my doctor also said i cant lift anything over ten pounds for quite awhile. any ideas? oh and my gf has a rib injury and cant do anything major either. any tips for either situation?

so pretty much i want to lose weight, fast. i tried the seven day soup diet (similar to the sacred heart diet) but it was disgusting, and i couldn't do it for the whole week.

are there any diets out there that give you quick results, that aren't completely gross? i heard something about the grapefruit juice diet, but can't find any information on it. are there any that you have tried that worked well?

any help would be greatly appreciated
