I need some help on losing weight. I'm sure someone can help me.?
So here's the deal…Since a month ago, I've been off sugar..I got off sugar completely. And I feel so much better then I did when I drank about a coke everyday..So I've been doing good..And the only meal I eat is dinner. Yes, It's unhealthy but..I'm not that much of an eater..And I never have time to eat breakfast or lunch..But I DO have time to snack..So, also a month ago, I laid off fattening foods..Like chips, or..Anything, really..I've been snacking on mandarins, and celery only..
But here's the problem..EXERCISE..I'm always too exhausted from school to get any exercise…And it's not because my life is hectic..It's actually simple, besides always feeling lonely..The daytime just makes me feel tired..I used to exercise daily, and I had that going for 4 weeks…What i'd do is sit ups, and i'd lift a 10 pound weight, along with 5 pound weights for each hand. My parents call me lazy for not exercising..
I'm a little lazy, but..Really, the thing that makes me stop is…It's so routine..I hate doing the same thing over and over again, I get bored..I need to stay stimulated, you know? Doing the same things everydays just so boring for me..I can't join any gyms because we don't have the money..My mom and I have been to numerous gyms..The YMCA messed up my leg..And any other gyms were just..Complex..We have to get 20 dollar a month memberships, I have to pick my own schedule, I have to pick out a class to be in, my personal trainer..And, it was just too much..All I want to do is go there, and exercise..That's it.
So we gave up on the gym..I tried running..I love running, but..I have to admit, this is sort of a dangerous neighborhood..Back when I was younger, I could walk everyday and not have a problem..But now? Everytime I go out for a walk, I eventually run into some creep who starts bullying me. And I don't know whats wrong with the neighbors 3 blocks away from us..One day I'm out on a walk, and one of the guys who live there is standing in the front yard looking at me..and for some reason, he f**king growls at me…And his kids are just messed up..I've seen his kids(or maybe it was another friend) ride through the streets on a harley davidson,while the kid in the back held a cricket bat, and swung it at people..
So forget that. What can I do to exercise, without becoming bored? My main goal is to lose the fat in my stomach area.. Does anyone have any good ideas? Maybe some therapeutic exercises that you yourself use when you work out?
Also, to you spammers out there..No, I don't want lipo-suction, colon cleansing. I've tried slimquick, i've tried the Acai berry. Stop spamming me. I don't care.

How much do I tell my teacher about my problems?
Everyone's noticed obviously, as i've dropped 2 dress sizes in a month, and i look gaunt, and I'm ill constantly etc. etc. The teachers have expressed concern BEHIND MY BACK, and so have my friends (though I'm also glad none of them confront me) and only two of my friends actually know what i'm going through. This week i had the whole week off school (apparently i was ill, but i felt so fat i couldn't bare going to school which is ridiculous because i am really thin and gaunt now).
My head of year, who is so nice and he's really young and cool (and so hot >.<) brought me into his office and asked about my courseworks i missed and how i was feeling…
i kind of didn't answer this. He looked at me and said "Just down?" wanting me to say more. He was off on a trip today but said to me "We'll speak about it tomorrow, yeah?"
He's my biology teacher, and we're kind of chummy with each other, so i feel comfortable opening up to him. I don't know how much to tell him.( i have anorexic tendacies, started off as bulimia in december, being thin is the only thing that matters, if i feel fat or look fat i will not step out of the house or wear clothes, and it prevents me from studying etc.)
I just don't believe in student-teacher confidentiality, and i couldn't bare my mother EVER to find out this way because it's unfair on her, and tbh i dont want her to know – it's my problem, i am not defined by my problem and i dont want her to treat me as a problem.
Gahhh, how much do i tell my teacher?
do i pretend everything is ok? Just been run down and ill? Very stressed?
Or tell him everything?

R-CHOP/Cancer Weight Loss?
I am wondering: did anyone else on R-CHOP Chemotherapy lose or gain weight during treatment? I am not on Prednisone or any steroids. I am simply taking Lansoprazole to reduce stomach acid, which doesn't cause weight gain.
I've read some absolute horror stories about people gaining 35lbs in 8 months on R-CHOP.
Don't get me wrong: I am not going to refuse treatment regardless of whether I gain weight, but almost every story I have read people have talked about massive weight gain – this concerns me, as my nurse told me to eat 3,000 calories a day!
I am quite chubby as it is so the last thing I want is to be overeating and gaining weight from the treatment.

Do you think its a healthy goal for a size 16 girl (me) to get down to size 6?
After that, my long term goal (aside from keeping the weight off) is to lose 30 more pounds (gradually) until I reach my goal weight of 120. That would make me a size 5 or 6. Is this a realistic goal if I plan on exercising at least 30 minutes a day and count caloric intake based on my BMR? (which changes as you lose weight)
