Did insurance companies just start denying claims of sick people?

If not why didn't the great House or Senate members address this before now. Sick people don't need to be burdened with extra problems. Even paying sick people.

Wonder if it's as long as the insurance companies been selling life and auto insurance across state lines.

Biggest mistake of my life! Insurance claim after repairs?

I have insurance and someone crashed into my car. It was parked and the mirror thing on the left came off. No one told me to go to the insurance and make a claim rtight away bc it wasnt an accident but that should have been common sense.. I drove it to the auto parts and ask for repairs. They did and told that it will take a few days to get the mirror parts. Then a few hours later, they finish the repairs and it came to $7XX (with other stuff checkup too). i was like wtf. And then now someone ask me did i call my insurance, i was like, oh duh!! I didn't call the insurance place, my mum did and i call the auto place and they say its unlikely they cover it now… and they"ll save the parts but really nothing can be done… Is there anything i can do now? i havent paid for it yeet.

How do I return a auto auto insurance to an unknown creditor?

by on Apr.04, 2010, under finance

Undecided Question

How do I return a car to an unknown creditor?

My mother-in-law passed away in the spring of 2007. She had a car but no life insurance on the loan or regular life insurance that could be used to pay off the balance of the loan. My husband (who is now estranged from me) decided he wanted the car. He moved it from South Carolina to North Carolina and it is now parked at my sister's rented duplex and has been since July of 2008 when we moved on a military base and couldn't take it with us. This arrangement was supposed be temporary but as evidenced, it has turned into a long-term hassle for my sister who is now receiving complaints from her landlord. Does anyone know how to approach this situation?
