Monday – friday (no wednesday)
Jogg for 30 minutes to loose weigh

In school
Monday – Thursday (powerlifting)
Monday: Bench
Tuesday: Shoulder sqauts
Thursday: when the weight thing is on the floor and u must pick it up to your waist.

I heard that building muscle makes you loose calories, is that true?

If i knew what to eat and what exercises to do to look really hot i would just work out so hard, but i have got no idea what to do or what to eat! So i just dont bother and keep eating crap and being lazy. Also im very fussy eater and hate alot of food so its hard for the diet part, Any ideas for that?

Also what are some effective exercises i could do?

how did megan fox get muscle tone and lose fat without gaining muscle/ getting bulky? I was watching an episode of 21/2 men where she guest stars before she got all famous and even though her body was still hot, she actually had thighs and practically no muscle tone. So can somebody tell me how she got the body she has now? And how I can get it? (especially her legs)
