Should we also be able to buy our auto insurance after we have the crash? I mean, it's the same thing as in health insurance. The crash is a pre-existing condition. Why not do that too?

OK Auto Insurance you are caught driving without what happens you pay a fine or worse depending on your states law this is the same thing that is happening to health care caught living with out health insurance you will pay a fine seems real constitutional what if i don't believe in seeing doctors but i have a religion that is not covered in the mandate how is that constitutional.

If Obama wanted to run a socialist country, he should have ran for office in Canada. I live in a Representative Republic with a federal regulated capitalist economy, does Obama know that this is the country our Founding fathers fought for? Tell me, if the Private insurance companies go bankrupt, will he bail them out too or does he draw the line at banks and auto companies. And if I'm forced to get health insurance and then am denied the health care that I want, I will personally sue BARACK OBAMA for everything he's got and he can count on it!

My husband was in an accident in September 2008. A million phone calls later in early 2009 our health insurance (secondary to the auto insurance) had overpaid the ambulance company. In February 2010 our health insurance apparently has taken the money from them because they haven't received information on them being the secondary insurer and the ambulance company has billed us for the entire amount which is almost 900 dollars. Is this even legal?? The payment is due immediately and I'm sure they will take us to collections soon. Please help!

Hospital Charges – $7.00 to $20 per dosage of OTC pain meds (Aspirin / Tylenol), Pregnancy tests for woman who haven’t had a period in over 7 yrs, while attempting to diagnose her problem and over billing by over 100% for people that don’t have health insurance than people that do?

Doctors over-billing Medicare and or the uninsured for services?

Or how about the Ambulance Service that charges $2000 for a 10 mile ride – while contracted by a community to provide ‘that service’ anyway?

Please don’t give me the old “TORT Reform” business, it’s been proven not to help in many cases across the nation. “Michigan’s No Fault Auto Insurance” for one.

If President Obama, Harry Reid, and Nancy Pelosi have their way, you'll be forced to purchase health insurance…it's going to be a little like mandatory auto insurance. If you're young, healthy, and really don't need a great deal of insurance…it doesn't matter, you still get to participate in this great economic experiment.

I am licensed in GA for property & casualty insurance, so I know credit is used to help determine rates for auto & homeowners insurance, but it is considered in health insurance?
