Now the British papers are abuzz that it was during the filming of Revolutionary Road that strains in their marriage began. The film happens to be about a couple in a disintegrating marriage.

Perhaps Mendes unwittingly gave a clue to the downside of living and working together when that same January, he told The Daily Telegraph it was “exhilarating” working with his wife, but, “I tend to cut off at the end of the day and watch a baseball game or something. I don’t like to bring work home.

“Kate is the opposite,” he added. “So I just had to change my ways because it’s what she needed and my goal was to get the best performance I possibly could out of her and if she needed to talk about it, then that was my job, too.”

She made the decision “because Miley [Cyrus] asked me herself to play her mom,” Preston, 47, tells PEOPLE. “I was really moved. It was the perfect movie to sort of get my feet wet.”

As they filmed the Nicholas Sparks drama in Tybee Island, Ga., last summer, “Julie Anne [Robinson, the director], Adam [Shankman, the producer] and Miley took such great care of me,” says Preston, who brought her daughter Ella Bleu, 9, along for the trip. “They were wonderful with my schedule. I just worked a little bit.”

But she spent a lot of time bonding with Cyrus off screen. “We’ve been friends for awhile,” Cyrus told PEOPLE in January. “We got even closer on this movie so it was cool to spend the summer with people you really like.”

I crashed my parents car – is their reaction fair or not?

about a month ago i hit some ice and slid into a guard rail. i called CAA and my parents and it was towed to the auto shop. It came to over $1400 in damage (including body work). I paid for it all, which completely drained my accounts, and now, as further punishment, I am not allowed to drive it for 6 months unless they are in the vehicle with me.

My friends and their parents find that my parents are dealing with the situation a little too extreme because now they have to drive me back and forth to work, wasting gas, which is in another city.

I'm 18, pay for the insurance and fully paid off the all of the damage I did…and now I cant drive anywhere…. from your point of view- is this fair that they've completely halted all of my driving?

I have a van that is in my name, it had been certified and etested last year, now i would like to put it on the road for a friend of mine to use. Can he purchase insurance in his name for my vehicle so he can drive it?

I went to the auto shop to get insepction sticker. I joked with the attendant and he joked back. I only joke if someon starts off joking. He asked if I was the person on the insurance car. I said, 'no' and just stood there His friends laughed. I then told him it was me. It was 9am. I went and bought groceries next door, some of them cold items. 1pm rolls around and still nothing. So I politely told them I was going home to drop off groceries. I went home, came back and finally they were done at 4pm. Now I ask you, did I piss him off to where he pushed me to back of line? I think I did, got a really bad vibe from this one.

Third party claims auto insurance claims.?

So about a year and a half ago I was involved in a car accident. I was the passanger in my friends car and we where t-boned as we passed an intersection.
The police found it to be "no one at fault", as there was nobody else on the scene and I didn't see anything both drivers said their light was green as they where going through.
my lawyer filed a claim and I signed on one part getting $15,000 but they said that my friends insurance would cover the rest as they where going to file a third party claim. My doctor fees are about $20,000 and i need a surgery that is expected to cost around $60,000.
The lawyer now called and said the Third Party claim is denied and I can only get another $15,000 through my friends under insured motorist policy.
This is not enough to cover my damages or any sort of punitive restitution that I have lost. I had a suspended license at the time and no coverage for myself. Is it possible that his insurance can say they will not cover me even though I had no fault in the situation and have incurred losses.

I live in seattle and was visiting for the first time in OR. I was driving a friends car (Who didnt have insurance) and was hit by another car… OR has suspended my license and wants to make me get SR22 insurance. Can they do this?
