How can i make this VB problem work?
Set up an integer array of intarray(10) and fill the array with integer numbers between 1 and 100. Using a For Next loop, design code to perform each of the following:
a. Calculate the sum of all the entries in the array.
b. Find the average of all numbers in the array
c. Find the lowest number in the array
d. Find the highest number in the array
e. Calculate the sum of the entries with odd subscripts in the array.
f. Search the array to see if any element is equal to 100.
I'm having trouble starting off as i cant seem 2 make A. Work the effects are very strange..

Hey guys, I have a couple questions to ask. First, I've been recording weight loss. I started off 185 and right now, I'm at 173. But for some reason, I can't see a difference! I still look a bit chubby, and thats what I'm trying to shed off, the chubby-ness. I'm losing about 1.5-2lbs a week.
My second question is, how many grams of carbohydrates should i be eating? I'm asking this because I heard that excess carbs turn into fat, if they are not used for exercise. So with that being said, i feel as though I'm losing water weight, not fat weight, and thats the reason why I cant see a difference in my physique.
Can anyone help me out with this, please? And also, can you please answer all my questions? Thanks guys, much appreciation!

Should I go and see a doctor about my sleep problem?
I am a young healthy women, 5'4 19 years old I weigh 120 I exercise eat healthy
Last year I had a great sleep schedule
I could fall asleep so easily at 8! Sleep the whole night
but ever since this summer I stayed up 5 in the morning
and then I started college
I use to live in the dorm and I never really got any sleep
I use to take two benadryl every hour plus two liquid nightquil just so I can fall asleep in the dorm around 12 or 10 if im lucky
now I am living at home, and I just can't seem to fall asleep anymore sitll I'm taking teynol pm or night quil everynight some nights I don't go to bed to 9:30 or 12
Also I don't even feel drowsy anymore, I'm wide awake hours I take this stuff in hopes of alseep
Nightquil, tyenol pm, benadryl they just dont make me fall alseep anymore or make me feel tired
also if i do take this stuff sometimes in the past I wake up at 12 and stay away for the rest of the night
for example right now I woke up at 12 after taking 2 tbs of nightquil and its 4:39 I been lying in my bed trying to get sleep
1 minute ago – 4 days left to answer.

To weigh 200 lbs.(crazy,I know) I went on a strict diet
And exercised constantly. Everybody thought I'm to young
To do all that (it wasn't fun at all) well I feel like I need to

Best way to ride horses after not riding them for a few weeks?
Another slight problem is that our friend wants to go for a ride before i leave for a trip in a couple weeks. I think she wants to go on a trail ride, which our horses still need alot of time on, and i don't know how i am going to get them back into a safe riding routine and also confident or at least semi confident on the trail before she wants to come over and ride. she's a good rider, not very experienced, but really likes horses and can handle them better than a lot of beginners. she also actually enjoys riding the tougher horses, and can stay on pretty well. so im not worried that she is like going to fall off, and break a leg, but anything can happen, and i don't want one of the horses bolting on her. so sorry i know this was long lol. pleas give any advice or experience you have! thanks so much in advance!

have one meal a day
Go for a 30 min jog every morning
Work out to an exercise dvd everyday after school
and go for another 30 minute jog in the evening
i know this is going to be a huge challenge and it isnt healthy to eat only one meal a day but im so determined, i dont want people telling me its not good for me i just want to know how quickly im going to see results and how much weight i could lose after a 2weeks / a month ????

ive been trying for about 2 years to lose weight and nothing has worked. I haven't been trying any fad diets in that time. I have always eaten balanced proportional meals, no snacks between meals, and exercised regularly because thats the way i have been brought up. In fact I have been dancing 3 times a week for to hours each time since i was four years old. Even when im not dancing im still active, at weekends i go out with friends and stuff. I drink plenty and plenty of water. It is really really frustrating because ALL the females in my family eat so much, do no exercise and are so so so skinny.
Please help me, what am I doing wrong??
By the way Im not saying i want to be super skinny, not at all. Im just saying I want to lose weight and i dont know where i am going wrong
It gets me down constantly, i have very low self esteem.
