Womens Weight Loss Plan? PLEASE?

My girl friend wants me to set her up a workout plan and diet to lose her stomach and love handles.
I looked around online but couldn't find any tips on running or biking only supplements.
Any help would be much appreciated.
She has a gym pass so no need for home workouts.

How can i loose those extra pounds?

I've already lost about a stone, but im looking to lose another half.
I'm 16. 5'1 and weight just over 8 stone, however i am quite chubby…
i don't want to diet like crazy, or do fad diets.
im already eatinggvegetabless and fruitsetct..
and i go to the gym three times a week..
what kind of workouts should i do?
what kind of foods?
i only drink water aswell..
i need some more tips so i can finish this weight loss off..
help!

i want to be thin for my holidayyy..

Are slimming clinics safe?

lot of spa's,health centres offer quick weight loss packages such as tucks,body contouring,inch loss,heat therapy ,figure correction,massages along with some diet planning,claiming its effective and scientific.is this the correct way to lose weight or just a gimmick?can a qualified nutritionist work in a place such as this or its against her code of ethics?

I am on day 4 of the HCG diet and I am not hungry AT ALL! i feel Great! I am doing the 28-30days, and am wondering.. will I lose 30 lbs? more? less? I am drinking lots of tea and not cheating at all…

Thoughts on this diet?

Breakfast- small bowl of Cheerios, banana

Snack 1- Orange/apple/other fruit

Snack 2- Cookie/Chips

Snack/small meal (3-4 PM)- leftovers/carrot sticks/fruit

Small dinner (evening)

This is based on the whole "several small meals a day" rather than 3 meals a day principle. What do you think? Is weight loss possible (with exercise of course) ? Should I change the food choices?

Weight loss too quick? Help!?

I've been on a diet for the past three weeks or so. I'm eating very healthy, with 8+ servings of fresh fruits and veggies a day, whole grains (quinoa, oats, bulgur, etc). I eat organic eggs, beans, nuts, dairy, with the occasional serving of fish or seafood (about 2-3 times a week, I don't eat meat other than fish). If I feel I haven't eaten enough fat in the day (I track my eating), I usually will dip a piece of bread in a tablespoon of olive oil. I eat anywhere from 1400-1700 calories a day, depending on what I eat.

I don't exercise a lot, though I do walk at least 30 minutes per day with my daily activities. I've also had weekly indulgences, (such as a cookie, piece of pizza, a few beers with friends one night), and I one small treat a day.

Before my diet, I'd usually eat like this, but I had a bad problem with snacking. When I started, I weighed 190 pounds, and now I'm already down to 180, three weeks later. Is this healthy? I want to be as healthy as possible, and I figured I was only going to lose 5-6 pounds per month, but I've near doubled that. I've also heard that weight loss will also go a lot faster in the beginning and then level out.

Help or advice?

so heres the deal, im mainly doing this for the weight loss and not the cleanse so how does this sound
your supposed to drink 6-12 glasses a day but i would rather drink 4- your supposed to fast but i would rather eat small healthy things meanwhile like a small salad or egg whites and all during this i will be working out
would the cleanse still work? and help me shed a few pounds?

Help with weight loss …?

Hi
I am under 18 and i am 5'1 weighing 148 lbs
Clearly i am overweight & i have hypo-thyroid.
I am sick and tired of asking doctors and them telling me to do diet and exercise.
Seriously im upset and hopeless.
I do about 60-70 mins exercise (high school gym class)
and before summer comes i just want to lose weight and belly fat and thighs.
Please can anyone give me suggestion of what weight/fat products to use that will help me.

Celiac Disease………………………………

Celiac Disease…………………..…

I have been experiencing some symptoms lately so I did a little research and everything I have seems to point to Celiac Disease. The thing is, I've read many doctors are reluctant to test for it, and most dismiss it as symptoms of IBS. I really don't think it is IBS. Anyone who has Celiac Disease or has dealt with it, could you tell me if my symptoms sound similar to those of Celiac Disease (sorry if it is TMI by the way)?

Mucus in stool
Soft, generally shapeless stool
Constipation (sometimes diarrhea, but that is usually when I eat dairy (Never diagnosed lac. intol.))
Weight loss (went from 147-135 without change in diet or exercise)
Bruising (unexplained)
Fatigue
Frequent headaches
Rashes (I have had rashes in the past that my doctor told me were fungal rashes, I haven't had one lately though; blotchy and red but generally not itchy)

Could this be Celiac Disease, and if so, how do I get my doctor to consider testing me for it (and not just give me the brush off)?
