Ok, so there's a dude that walks into the room with a telephone on his waist and he's talking to some woman in her kitchen. She says she hasn't been in any accidents and if she can get some reward, so he picks up the phone and says "We'll give you 50, no, 100 dollars" or something and then he says "guys, i just gagged!" What's that commercial???

I recently bought a car and I have no idea what auto insurance is good and has great deals. Can anyone help me? Keep in mind I'm on a budget. Does anyone know what is a good company for me?

Okay, I hit a coyote lastweek and I informed my Insurance company ( Farm Bureau Insurance). They told me to go get an estimate. I went to a auto body shop, the guy took notes. I waited all week for the Auto Body to get back with me, and so did the Insurance Company. The Insurance Company finally just had an adjuster come out and asses the damages. They wrote a repair bill for 527.00 plus my 500.00 deductable. So in all it was 1,027.00- I knew that this was WAY to low of an ajustment. So I called the Manager of the Insurance company told him my feelings on the matter, and whom ever came out missed many things (wires, two light's, etc) I was going to get another estimate, and he said okay to my surprise!! I did — and it was 800.000 dollars more damage done (which we all thought)! The insurance Company was trying to low ball me. Been with them 10-years, full coverage, and two homes as well. Havent filled a claim in 6-years. I re-faxed the Manager the new adjustment from the Body Shop (A diffrent one by the way), Called and spoke with Manager as well. Will the Insurance Company make the check out to me or the Body Shop now? In the past it have always been made out to me or wife. (In ten years only two small claims) State is Oklahoma if this helps any. So in short will I get a check, or will they sent the check to the Auto Body since they faxed them a diffrent estemite? I'm using the money to get about 90% of it done at the Body Shop, but there are a few things I can fix myself. Is there any type of Law they have to send the check in my name? My fear is they will just mail the Body Shop the Check with the owners name, and this means I will have to pay more out of my pocket. Thanks. 5- point's as always.

Forcing a Citizen to buy a product from a private company is extremely unconstitutional The Constitution clearly state that no citizen will be forced to buy a product from a private company. Auto insurance doesn't count because a Citizen doesn't have to own a car. Everyone thats a Citizen has to have a body this health care bill would be the first time in America's history that you would be forced to buy something simply because you exist. As proof I offer the 10 Amendment "The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people" They would have to change the constitution for there bill to work.

The states are the source of whatever power the central government has, since the states created the central government through the compact which we know as the Constitution. The states do not have only that freedom of action the central government allows them to have; rather, the central government has only those powers the states allow it to have.

Since taking over our entire health care system is not among the "enumerated powers," the federal government has no constitutional, legal or moral right to do it. Any such effort is, as Jefferson pointed out, "unauthoritative, void and of no force." I stand with Mr. Jefferson on this one, and every state legislature should do the same.

Can anyone recommend a "specific" company in California that they use and was either told or knows that they are a low cost agency? Thanks for your help.

I parked my car on a side street while on a school trip and someone smashed my window and took a few things from my car… I'm calling my insurance company in the morning.. and I do have a police report.. but I have never had to deal with anything like this. Does anyone have any advise on the way to do things or go upon doing things with my auto insurance company?-Nationwide insurance…?

just got insurance through safe auto cause of a bad storm coming in and didnt want to take any chances so i got full coverage. i was at a friends house that night and left a little too late roads really bad. i then slid off the road and got stuck. i then called a friend to come pull me out when he did he broke my tow hook and in return ripped my bumper off. i called the next day to see if i had to have a police report and if what had happened was covered the rep said yes so….., adjuster called today pretty much told me i was lieing and he was the one who writes the checks. he then told me he was sending this claim to the investigations deparment. he then would not ask any questions i had or anything and just hung up on me what do i do now, being honest and told thw truth and done nothing wrong in my oppion if i knw it was going to be this much hassle i wouldnt have filed help me asap
