I just recently got hired for a parking valet position.

In the interview, I was asked if I was insured, which I am. But, my brother told me one of his friends did the same thing, and the whole problem with the employer not providing parking valet insurance for his employees, anytime the valet causes a ding or a dent, the valet's own personal insurance premium raises to $500 to pay off that one incident, and $500 for each incident that occurs.

Can anyone clarify the responsibilities I have with my own auto-insurance, while working, if the employer hasn't specifically elaborated on their company even having a parking insurance to cover its employees?

Ok, so there's a dude that walks into the room with a telephone on his waist and he's talking to some woman in her kitchen. She says she hasn't been in any accidents and if she can get some reward, so he picks up the phone and says "We'll give you 50, no, 100 dollars" or something and then he says "guys, i just gagged!" What's that commercial???

They keep saying, "WE THE PEOPLE" owe 12 trillion and counting. I don't know any common person who gave permission for any 'debt' or expenditure for that matter that they did spend it on!

Who are they kidding? We are trying to pay our mortgages and mandated auto insurance!

Should we also be able to buy our auto insurance after we have the crash? I mean, it's the same thing as in health insurance. The crash is a pre-existing condition. Why not do that too?

Okay, i have a 1997 Toyota 4runner and 1999 Honda Accord. I pay $120 a month in auto insurance with full coverage. The toyota is worth $2725-3000 private party. The Honda is worth $2500 private party resale according to kelly blue book. I am thinking about dropping them down to liablilty here in southern california. Both vehicles are owned by me. Im with Erie insurance right now but would consider others if anyone thinks im paying too much? But im mainly interested in whether I should assume only liability and uninsured motorist for my older vehicles.

It seems like every auto insurance commercial I see states they can save you $400 from their competitor. What is the truth behind those numbers that you see on the commercials? I never can find an equal quote for $600 from Company A and $1,000 quote from Company B for an identical policy. Does anybody know if they actually do save you $400 from other policies or is there some something else behind the numbers?

I have AAA insurance when I had a minor accident (hit the car on the fence and got a dented door and scratched bumper). I sat on it for 2 years, and in that time frame, my auto insurance experied, got canceled, I renewed it, reactivated etc., etc.,

Now I want to sell the car and get it fixed. Can I still file a claim on my original policy?

2007 to early 2008 I was 19 I got into an accident june 9, 2007 and received a ticket. I didnt pay my ticket so they suspended my license. When I found out I paid the ticket but had to take the slip to the dmv. The next day on my way to the dmv I got pulled over and they issued me a ticket for driving with a suspended license. Somehow it stayed suspended and I got another 3. I was stupid and didnt think I had to stop driving just because I didnt pay the first ticket on time. Now all my tickets have been paid off, Ive been had a valid license and I havent gotten anything in about 2 years. I havent had insurance cause its way too expensive. So how can I get my rate down. I talked to my old insurance agent and he told me to go to the DMV and try to get them changed to something minor or erased. Any ideas. I just recently joined the military so when I move on base Ill need insurance by law
