Benji Madden and Holly Madison in Las Vegas

She once called him her "adventure buddy"” but will Holly Madison soon be calling Benji Madden her boyfriend?

“It’s heating up between them,” a source tells PEOPLE about the former Girls Next Door star and the Good Charlotte guitarist, who were first spotted together at a L.A. coffee shop in December.

The duo kicked off the holiday weekend together in Las Vegas, where Madden, 31, won a celebrity boxing match at the Hard Rock Hotel Saturday night. Madison, 30, and some pals showed their support by wearing a “Team Benji” shirts.

After the fight, the two headed over to club Wasted Space, where they avoided photographers and sat hand-in-hand in a VIP room for two hours. At one point in the night, Madden took to the club’s stage and performed with Taintstick, a hard rock band he joined on the side last year, before leaving with club with Madison.

The night before, they dropped by the Palms’ N9NE Steakhouse with Joel Madden after Madison performed in her burlesque revue, Peepshow, and continued their night at the Playboy club.

Hoppin’ for the holiday: Katy Perry and fiancé Russell Brand celebrated Easter with a backyard BBQ for family and friends on Sunday.

“There was an Easter bunny to entertain the kids and guests were wearing bunny ears,” says a source. Perry even posted a photo of herself and pals with the giant white rabbit.

Party guests included Perry’s parents and Brand’s Get Him to the Greek costar Jonah Hill, says the source.

The couple were all over each other at the bash, which was held at their Los Angeles home. “They kept kissing and were super affectionate,” adds the source.

Perry, who’s been in the studio working on her sophomore album, says Easter is one of her favorite holidays.

“If every day could be filled with pastels, bunnies, baby chicks & chocolate filled eggs I would b happy,” she Tweeted on Saturday.

Jesse James

For Jesse James, it’s another day, another bombshell.

A fourth woman is claiming that she had an affair with Sandra Bullock’s husband – and alleges that the relationship only ended after the news of James’s cheating scandal broke last week.

The woman, who has chosen not to identify herself, is being represented by celebrity attorney Gloria Allred – the same lawyer who is representing a woman who claims to have had an affair with Tiger Woods.

In a statement, Allred describes the accuser as “a beautiful model and business woman” who was pursued by James. “He had strong feelings for her,” says Allred.

As for any evidence of the supposed relationship, Allred says her client has “hundreds of texts, emails, and photos” documenting the years-long relationship.

Asked whether the woman plans to reveal her identity, Allred tells PEOPLE, “I am sure she will be making that decision shortly.”

James’s rep had no comment.

Trouble for Katy Perry and fiancé Russell Brand?

No way, say their friends, unless you count Perry’s recent flirtations with a redhead who’s good with children and tickles her fancy.

The singer tweeted giddily last week about her time on the Sesame Street set, saying she just might be falling for Elmo.

“Sunny day today! I think I’m in love … Sorry (Russell)!!!” she wrote on Twitter, posting a photo of her with her arm around the muppet.

Other than that, Perry couldn’t be more in love with Brand, pals tell PEOPLE, dismissing British tabloid reports that Brand is tiring of commitment.

“They’re very busy but very much together and in love and supportive of each other’s careers,” a friend tells PEOPLE, adding that Brand, 34, has inspired Perry’s forthcoming CD. “Because of her relationship with Russell and how in love they are, she’s making the best music of her career.”

Sandra Bullock

Sandra Bullock has not been looking for a divorce lawyer – and neither has husband Jesse James, their reps tell PEOPLE.

TMZ reported Tuesday the actress’s representatives “had been in touch with several high-end divorce lawyers,” while James’s reps had “contacted several lawyers” in case Bullock filed for divorce following his reported infidelity.

Bullock’s rep tells PEOPLE: “Neither she nor her representatives have contacted or shopped around for divorce lawyers.”

James’s rep says the report was untrue.

Bullock’s rep also denied an Internet report that on Sunday night Bullock – who has moved out of the family home and has been lying low in the wake of the infidelity news – dined with producers to discuss an upcoming project in which she would play Meryl Streep’s daughter.

“The entire report,” says the rep, “is another piece of fiction.”

Reggie Bush and Kim Kardashian

Globe; Splash News> Another week, another split rumor for Kim Kardashian and her NFL beau Reggie Bush.

The couple, who started dating in 2007 and broke up briefly in 2009, haven’t ended things – but they are taking a step back in their relationship.

“They are trying to decide what to do right now,” a source tells PEOPLE. “Reggie has issues with her busy life and schedule and she can’t give it all up.”

But this couple isn’t calling it quits yet.

On Monday, Bush flew to Miami and spent the day with Kardashian. Says the source: “It was super cool between them.”

After reconciling in Sept. 2009, Kardashian told PEOPLE that her time apart from Bush would ultimately help them grow stronger as a couple. “I think sometimes people need to take a break just to take time off to see how much they need each other and how much they really are compatible,” she said at the time. “We just made the decision that we want to make it work, and the time off was really beneficial for the both of us.”

Kardashian subsequently bought a house for herself in Beverly Hills, and the couple considered moving in together.

“She’s totally happy and fine with everything,” the source says. “Kim and Reggie are best friends; they really are. It’s just more that he can’t deal with her life and all the fame she’s gotten. She and Reggie started dating before she even had her show. They are working on seeing what they both want.”

Reps for both Bush and Kardashian did not return calls for comment.

Splash News> While Tiger Woods sat for two five-minute TV interviews Sunday, wife Elin Nordegren was on the family yacht Privacy with only her two children and a nanny.

Though Woods, 34, told ESPN in his first Q&A since the sex scandal broke in November that he and his wife, 30, are working to repair their marriage, “Nordegren is not happy” because “the trust is gone,” a source tells PEOPLE.

On Friday, the former model from Sweden took the children Sam, 2, and Charlie, 1, on the yacht at Old Port Cove Marina – 150 miles away from their father.

Nordegren and the kids, along with a nanny, spent two nights aboard the triple-deck, $22 million vessel, but never ventured out to sea.

Jesse James

Amid a firestorm of allegations about his fidelity to wife Sandra Bullock, Jesse James headed back to work at West Coast Choppers Saturday.

Throughout the day “he was very quiet,” a source tells PEOPLE. “He seems very upset but also very happy to be back at work.”

While tattoo model Michelle McGee claimed earlier this week that she had a months-long affair with James, the daredevil TV personality called the “vast majority” of her allegations “untrue and unfounded” in a statement to PEOPLE.

“Everyone is just trying to be understanding and supportive,” the source says, adding that business at West Coast Choppers has even picked up since the reports of James’s alleged infidelity first surfaced on Wednesday.”He is actually a really nice guy and a good friend.”

On Monday, Bullock left the Southern California home she shares with James and subsequently canceled plans to appear at the London premiere of The Blind Side.

Just call him Dr. Grandpa!

Talk show host and author Dr. Phil is a grandfather after son Jay McGraw and his wife Erica welcomed a daughter Thursday night, the family tells PEOPLE exclusively.

Avery Elizabeth McGraw arrived at 11:33 p.m. in Los Angeles, weighing in at 6 lbs., 6 oz., and measuring 21 inches long.

“Both Avery and Erica are resting comfortably and doing well,” the McGraws said in a statement. “The entire family is overjoyed!”

Avery is the first child for Jay – executive producer of The Doctors – and Erica, who announced the pregnancy in October.

The actor and wife Holly have adopted a baby girl, the couple tell PEOPLE exclusively. The Burrells are keeping further details private at this time.

Earlier this month, Burrell, 42, told PEOPLE that one of his favorite aspects of playing Phil Dunphy on the cult comedy is how much the character cares about his kids. “He’s not necessarily good at the things that he does,” the actor laughs, “but he really tries hard!”
