Weight/Height Question?

I'm 17 yrs old.

I wanted to join the Air National Guard or Army National Guard this coming summer. I weigh 220 lbs and 5'10".

Me and my friend timed our results and reps and these are my results: (NO LIES)

2 miles – 14:79
Sit Ups – 45 (I had a 5 mins break after running)
Push Ups – 35 (I had 5 mins break after Sit Ups)

My waistline is 38. My question is can i join the Air National Guard or Army National Guard with these results?

I think my BODY FAT% is somewhere 17-21%.

I'm starting my weight loss journey too. Hopefully before I enlist i'll be in shape by then.

    I agree with the other guy. As long as you get ure situps and pushups better ull be fine. try to get down to 205 by meps that would be awesome. Source(s): ARNG

    Weight wise you are in the clear, if NG does the Tape Test like Army. BMI wise, I have no clue. Talk to a recruiter.
