PLEASE open? Portion control help?
I want to lose about 20 lbs. I don't mean to be racist or anything but I heard that most Asains stay thin cuz they have super small portions. So I was wondering, what are correct portions to lose weight?

Read the boxes. It'll tell you how many ounces or whatever unit of measurement you need of that specific food to be one serving. In fact, if you start reading labels, you can cut alot of fat out of your diet too.

To lose weight…the smallest portion possible…eat a little as you possibly can is the correct portion but a servings size like for maintaince is this:peanut butter….2 scoops (about the size of 2 dices)chicken/salmon/turkey/meatloaf/steak..… size of a deck of cardspasta………the size of your palmcereal………measure a cupberries/fruit……..palm sizenuts…..12apple….size of a a baseballcheese….2 slicesturkey lunch meat…….4 slicespretzels….15chips….mini snack bagpop corn……2 cups poppedcookies….4 small ones (ex: 4 Oreos) or 2 large ones does this help? is this what you meant..sorry if i misunderstood u.

depends on your size. but if you take the average small sized plate and fill it as you would a large plate, that should be a good amount. and drink and lot of green tea and water. it seriously helps. i lost ten pounds once by eating normal and drinking about 8 glasses of green tea. it helps to work out too of course. helps a lot.
