How much weight will i lose if..?
I drink one 150 calorie atkins advantage drink a day, along with a small salad [110 cal] and/or chicken broth [20 cal] for a week.
Please just answer the question no "your body will go into starvation mode" yada yada because my body wont go into starvation mode, I KNOW THAT FOR A FACT.
Just please tell me how much i can lose on the food listed above, and no im not anorexic I am doing a partial cleanse. Oh and does anyone know of an online calorie counter, weight loss diary?

Burning up calories became a piece of cake (LOL) for me when I started visiting acai berry. u will lose alot at first but then the body will slow down metabolism and hold onto calories more..it will freak out cause its starving..need to eat small meals
When loosing weight you of course want to loose your fat mass and not your muscle mass. On a diet like that you will definitely loose muscle. Do yourself a favor and follow a healthy diet instead of starving yourself. Source(s): lowcarbday.com
