My husband and I have been married 1 year on March 25, he is 19 (20 in August) and I am also 19 (20 in October). We have been together 3 years on March 27th…I know we are young but we have been ttc for 2 years. We have recently started looking into adoption, because we feel that we are ready for that next step in our life. He is in the Army and I am a stay at home wife. We live in Germany right now. The only countries that will let us adopt is Croatia and Scotland…but it could take up to 3 years for that. So does anyone have any information on private adoption or a site where mothers look for adoptive couples?
