Obama unConstitutional.?

Obama's health care bill is unConstitutional.Forcing a Citizen to buy a product from a private company is extremely unconstitutional The Constitution clearly state that no citizen will be forced to buy a product from a private company. Auto insurance doesn't count because a Citizen doesn't have to own a car. Everyone thats a Citizen has to have a body this health care bill would be the first time in America's history that you would be forced to buy something simply because you exist. As proof I offer the 10 Amendment "The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people" They would have to change the constitution for there bill to work.

The states are the source of whatever power the central government has, since the states created the central government through the compact which we know as the Constitution. The states do not have only that freedom of action the central government allows them to have; rather, the central government has only those powers the states allow it to have.

Since taking over our entire health care system is not among the "enumerated powers," the federal government has no constitutional, legal or moral right to do it. Any such effort is, as Jefferson pointed out, "unauthoritative, void and of no force." I stand with Mr. Jefferson on this one, and every state legislature should do the same.

I think it is unconstitutional! The word health isn't even in the constitution.

I suggest you read the Constitution Of the United States of America before you try telling people what is in it. It does not mention forcing anyone to buy anything, anywhere. Secondly the individual mandate was a con idea, favored by Chuck Grassly, before it was in the bill.Thirdly, Auto insurance is still a government mandate, it only effects those that own cars. I have read where certain groups are prepared to challenge this plan, but don't believe it was being "forced" to buy anything.Do know that at present there are 11 States who are processing Legislature, that will "preempt" them form having to participate, with another dozen watching and waiting in the wings.Obama HAS to know this insanity and incredible effort he's putting into this nightmare, will be for NOTHING in the long run. Obamas TOTAL lack of concern about the opposition to it, tells me he's doing this for another purpose and reason we are unaware of. Even with his narcissism and immense ego, he HAS to know it's doomed.
