Am I able to install Mac OS X Snow Leopard on a second hard drive on my PC?
Specs: Amptron motherboard, Intel Pentium 4, older SCSI hard drive, nVidia GeForce 6200 video card, 768 MB of RAM, No DVD drive, and a couple of other useless cards. Computer is almost 10 years old and works great.

There are very limited ways to get a hacked version of Mac OS X on a PC, your PC specs just won't be good enough and even if they were you'd have to count on someone building the relevant drivers for all the hardware you have. It can be done but not without extensive knowledge and still not perfectly…if you want OS X then my advice is to get a Mac.
