bio caddy

Im trying to go to aim.com.. and aol.com but it wont load..

THIS IS WHAT I GET WHEN I TRY GOING TO IT…….I GET THIS LIKE 15 SECONDS AFTER.

I tried restarting my computer but it doesnt help.

I tried using a different browser but still.

I tried opera and then interent explorer and it wont load with either..
and its only for that website for some reason..

DO I NEED TO CHANGE THE SETTINGS?

HELP?!
