start it in safe mode and you should be able to delete it. Check your computer manual for how to start your computer in safe mode. You might be able to do it by holding shift when you turn it on. I can't remember I just know thats what I did when I had a bad virus

Try the restore software you should have gotten with the computer. If you start deleting things you may delete something valuable and cause more harm. If there is no restore software, contact the manufacturer and find out if it is built in. Dell does that alot.

Log in under safe mode.. then you can get administrator privileges. Also, I've become quite a pro at deleting viruses.. I got one a few weeks ago and I've had friends get them.. and I've always come out victorious.Feel free to message me.

you are the administrator if you own the computer. you just need to make sure the account is an admin account. use the control panel. your friend should take his computer back. you suck at fixing them. dumbass.

Gosh. Your question makes no sense.I think you asked "I got a virus on a computer, and im trying to fix it, but need admin powers". But you added about 50 extra nonsense words that make it sound confusing. If his account is the only account on the computer, it is the Admin. If his parents have a account on the computer, they need to be logged on to fix the problem. You need to run a virus scan to get rid of your pop-up-problem.
