A question about my computer?

on my computer i cant access my documents, pictures, music, and other things like that. It wont let me go to the control panel either. It just showes the loading thing with the sand timer and it says that windows explorer not responding so what's goin on with my computer? thanks for answering

    well I have found out from personal experience that if it is a new dell computer than it could be the computer is bad. The dell computer company has a lot of problems to work out on the new computers that they just came out with.Yet they are still selling them.,and if you buy it direct from the dell company they want to charge you a re-stocking fee.So sorry if you got burned like I did, my suggestion to you is do not buy a dell computer.Oh yea and good luck getting a hold of a tech. support guy you can understand what he is saying in very bad broken english.
