Don't worry, I run at 1.40/4Gbs.It's nothing to worry about.Usually computers use the Ram if there is more. When you have 1 gb of ram, it squeezes all the programs to run on 1 gb. But when you have 4, it can 'lay back, and relax,' and spread the programs out throughout more Ram.So don't worry. It also involves all the programs.Like, Windows Explorer itself uses 30MBs of Ram on my PC.

It's probably fine, don't worry. It's probably Firefox or Chrome (if you're using any of them). As you browse more websites, they save more pages in their memory. Try clearing the cache and then restarting the browser and see if it makes a difference. The RAM stores the programs that are currently RUNNING, not the programs that are installed (that's what the hard disk is for). The more programs you run, the more RAM it's going to use. It's normal, RAM is meant to be used.
