I used to have G2 and i am a second driver And main driver has G , now i have G , Should our auto insurance go down?

Alright, I am going to try to be a little bit more specific with this question.

I am looking for a used car. I have been looking around and I see that i can find and I have see early 90's Honda Civic for pretty cheap (2,000 USD). I really have gone down to the Honda Civic, I am just not sure which model.

If you could suggest a certain model (Honda Civic Hatchback), that has relatively low insurance, good MPg & reliability or other car with the same description that would be great.

Lets say my car is worth $8000 but the guy who hits me only has $5000 liability property damage coverage which is state minimum. And I dont have collision coverage just liability.

So would his insurance company pay $5000 then do I have to sue him for the rest?

If he cant pay it then I am screwed?

I live in Texas and I forgot to register my car with the state the previous month. I was in accident while my car was not registered. The accident was clearly not my fault. I just want to know will I have a problem with the other driver's insurance company because my car has expired registration tags.

my mates paying ￡1300 for a ￡450 car

can some one explain how to get this cheaper!! i haven't got the ￡1000 car, just seeing how much it would have cost..

i cant go on parents insurance, due to my dad being on my mums insurance, if i got a car; my dad would be insured on my car (costing him ￡400 or so) plus a estimated ￡50 a month (￡600) for me to be a named driver, and he hasn't got that much money to spend on a insurance
