Teen Male Fitness, Losing weight?

Hi,
Im looking for a little advice about general fitness/weight loss.
Im currently 17, (Male), 6'2" and i weigh around 12 stone 7.
This reads of a healthy BMI result but im not happy!
Basically, Iv got stomach fat (not a great deal, just a little excess that needs to be lost) and small man boobs.
Im not comfortable with these and i have tried to start eating healthier and exercising when i can, normally half an hour 4 times a week.
Has any one got any other tips?

Womens Weight Loss Plan? PLEASE?

My girl friend wants me to set her up a workout plan and diet to lose her stomach and love handles.
I looked around online but couldn't find any tips on running or biking only supplements.
Any help would be much appreciated.
She has a gym pass so no need for home workouts.

Weight loss. please someone help me?

I'm 18 years old & 200 pounds. I want to lose weight before summer time. I did go to a gym to work out but moved so i cant go there anymore. I need help , someone please give me some tips. I hate my body & want to do something about it. How should i work out at home & for how long? what should I eat & drink? what time should i not eat after? I dont got long before summer time & i want to start now. Please someone help me.

My birthday party is upcoming saturday and i want to look thinner for it. What can I do? It only needs to be short term, I will keep it off with long term weight loss afterwards.

Okay I'm 5'4", 135 lbs. and 17 years old. I'm active normally and eat a somewhat unhealthy diet, but in moderation. I recently started exercising almost every day, cardio and lifting. How long until i see my body start to change? I'm not really overweight, but i'm not very skinny either

im about 5'9 and weigh around 145.
im not 'fat' but i do have slight love handles. they dont hang over or anything, but they ARE there.
and i wouldnt mind my tummy being flatter.
i know you cant target weight loss, but is there any way i could lose these by spring break ? which is around late next month .

How do I grow taller? Help, fast, girls and guys please!?

Ok so I'm like 11! OK? I started puberty early.(I'm a girl) So that means I have 3 years left to grow! (I started puberty at 10)I want to be at least 5ft6 or 5ft8. I'm 5ft1, so I need to grow…like fast! Like 6 or 8 inches in 3 years! That's not impossible is it? I'm overweight, so it might be a bit hard. I'm 128 lbs. (don't critize me gosh…)But please I neeeeeeeddddd to get taller. And weight loss tips wouldn't be bad either…just saying!

Another weight loss question… uhhhh?

Ok I have been dieting and exercising for over a month at college. I eat well and exercise an hour each day and my exercise is intense. I am at college as I said so I cant weigh myself. I just saw my parents for the first time in a month and they say I have lost a lot of weight! I was like sweet! I havent weighed myself in over a month so we decided to buy a scale so I could watch my weight progress. Well guess what? We bought a scale and I stepped on it this morning and the number in the exact same it was a month ago! WTF?! uhhhh i have lost weight my clothes fit better my parents said i look thinner. But why wont the number on the scale go down? Is something wrong? I put the scale on a flat surface, I weigh myself before i eat and after i pee and all. So whats wrong?
