Increased thirst, weight loss, tingly fingers/hands, feet have a slightly blueish tint at times, dizzy, body has that "floaty, numb" feeling, increased heartbeat, increased urination, blurred vision at times, shaky, and those black eye floaty spots?

I was prescribed depakine chrono 500 mil twice daily and I was wondering what are the possibilities of stopping this medication.What should be the side effets I should be aware of.I am planning to stop this medication as in because it causes extreme weight gain.What are some mood stabilizers out there that causes weight loss instead of weight gain. I would ask my psychiatrist to consider swtching my medications.

I'm 17 yrs old.

I wanted to join the Air National Guard or Army National Guard this coming summer. I weigh 220 lbs and 5'10".

Me and my friend timed our results and reps and these are my results: (NO LIES)

2 miles – 14:79
Sit Ups – 45 (I had a 5 mins break after running)
Push Ups – 35 (I had 5 mins break after Sit Ups)

My waistline is 38. My question is can i join the Air National Guard or Army National Guard with these results?

I think my BODY FAT% is somewhere 17-21%.

I'm starting my weight loss journey too. Hopefully before I enlist i'll be in shape by then.

Ok so the past month i have had this horrible urge to pee. I went and got it checked and had a urine test done and they found no infetion or sugar in my urine. (This was 4 or so weeks ago). My ? is isnt that what makes you have to go to the bathroom if you are getting diabetes ?? if you have sugar in your urine?? Also this is the only symptom i have had (no blurry eyes, or tiredness, or hungry, or weight loss , just this). Also i read in most cases diabetes ocurs within a couple of weeks and this has been going on for more than a month! Please answer with good answers.

well i ordered mine off amazon so i knew i wouldnt get ripped off. 120 capsules in the bottle. I was wondering how they worked out for people who used them before. I go to the gym everyday and know about eating right and exercise help weight loss, i do all of that, im just trying these to see if they help. How many did you guys take in 1 day?

These are the things I blame for why I can't stick to a diet:

-Hunger pangs usually start around 3rd period
-After lunch, I start thinking about food a lot in 6th and 7th period
-The first thing I do when I get home is eat
-I get the munchies really bad at night
-I get discouraged by slow weight loss and binge

I know I will never suceed as long as these problems exist. Please help!!!! Need to lose my muffin top before my cruise in three weeks!
